Daniel 's Bio/Experience

Daniel Farnsworth was a Prosecutor at the Fulton County Solicitor’s Office from November 2005-August 2008. He drafted accusations and represented the State at first appearances, probable cause hearings, bond hearings, and plea and arraignment calendars; drafted and argued motions in limine and motions to suppress; negotiated plea bargains and successfully prosecuted thousands of cases in bench and jury trials. In Daniel Farnsworth's trial division; he was appointed as Senior Solicitor to the Honorable Patsy Y. Porter.
